My first impressions of the Metro Team was they were available and very happy to take the professional lead as our Strata Managers.

After our building had faced some tumultuous periods with two previous Strata Management companies, I was pleasantly surprised by the Metro Team.

Our Strata Manager took an immediate global perspective and has left no stone unturned in resolving the issues we had been grappling with for almost 5 years. (Wear and tear, concrete spalling, insufficient drainage etc)

Our meetings (with agendas that used to be as long as your arm) are now over in an hour as Metro takes action and moves on to relevant and pressing business we haven’t thought about.

They are a welcome relief and I am happy to be proven wrong that all Strata Companies are the same.
