Since 2006 he has been appointed as company nominee for over 20 development Lots representing the developer for a large scale staged Community Scheme of over 2,500 dwellings.
This appointment reflects the developer’s trust in him and also reflects the integrity Craig has built his reputation on over the last 30 years.
He sits on various strata committees to ensure that the elected Owners and the development stays on course to maintain the integrity of their original intention and vision.

Our meetings (with agendas that used to be as long as your arm) are now over in an hour as Metro takes action and moves on to relevant and pressing business we haven’t thought about.
